10 Bullets
Ever notice how a single spark can sometimes ignite the biggest blazes? How a single person can change the world? Or how a single bullet can destroy tens of futuristic ships? What? Hold on a second. Okay, so that last one doesn’t sound right. But not after you’ve played 10 Bullets!
10 Bullets is as simple a game as can be, the objective is in the game name itself clear. You have 10 Bullets, and you need to destroy as many ships as possible. Now here’s the fun bit. Each time you destroy a single ship, it bursts into 2 bullets flying in opposite directions. Now when these 2 bullets destroy another ship in its path, out come 3 bullets from that ship, and it goes on. The maximum multiplier is 25 bullets from a single ship destroyed, a long chain reaction that you must set off by firing at that one ship at the right moment.
Anyone recollect boomshine? That game has a similar concept and can be a good amount of fun as well. With 10 bullets timing is everything. You can waste all 10 Bullets just taking out one ship at a time if your not patient and fire at a ship at the wrong time.
The game offers little beyond that. The sounds and the soundtrack keep you decent company while you play, and the graphics are highly average. But once you know what one little bullet can accomplish, 10 Bullets can be a very addictive game. After 5 tries, I managed a top score of 290, not bad considering I took out an average of 29 ships per bullet. So load up, be patient, and aim well in this unrealistic but engaging game.
Time to make each bullet count, happy shooting!
